Color coating production line

Color coated steel plates, a new building material that has rapidly emerged in recent thirty years all over the world, are manufactured by continuous units through processes, including chemical pretreatment, primary coating, fine coating, etc. Its coating quality is much more even, stable and ideal than that of single-piece coating or brushing on the surface of finished metal. 

Since color coated steel plates are characterized by extraordinary decoration, molding and corrosion resistance performance as well as strong coating adhesion, the fresh color can be retained for a long term. Therefore, color coated steel plates can achieve a good economical effect by substituting timbers, carrying out construction efficiently, saving energy and preventing pollution and have become a contemporary ideal material for fabricating building boards.

Color coated steel plate

It usually refers to the product fabricated with a basal plate processed with surface treatment, application of coating in the manner of roller coating or adhesion to organic film and then baking. It can be made into the final product through in-depth processing. It is called "pre-coated steel plate" or "plastic steel plate" abroad. This product has already carried a beautiful color or grain before leaving the factory, so it is also called "color coated steel plate". In China, it is widely known as color coated steel plate, and "coated plate" or "color plate" for short.

The Company mainly produces several specifications of color plates: 0.12-1.5MM thick and 500-1,250MM wide; the fastest speed of the unit: 150M/MIN; coating types include: polyester, silicone modified polyester, polyurethane, PVDF, superpolyester, epoxy resin, acrylic acid, etc. This production line is capable of meeting production requirements of high and medium-end products like building plates, home appliance plates, etc. Utilizing the two-coating and two-baking process, this production line possesses a complete process flow. The drying furnace adopts the direct electrical heating air circulating system.
