The corporate metal abrasives are principally divided into six series.   With an annual production capacity of over 100 thousand tons, the company manufactures over 60 specifications and types of cast steel shots, cast steel grit, steel cut wire shots, stainless steel shots, etc.   The company has taken the lead in adopting the most advanced productive technologies in China such as centrifugal atomization formation, rust removal, secondary quenching, tempering, mineral separation, etc, and manufactures high-strength and long-lite cast steel shots, cast steel grit series, etc which have been certified by IS09001:2000.   Additionally, the company owns a whole set of complete quality test systems with which various indices of products can meet the requirements of (YB/T5149-1993) cast steel shots and (YB/T5150-1993) cast steel grit formulated by Ministry of Metallurgy and Society of Automotive Engineers via advanced devices like multi-element automatic analyzers, fatigue life testing machines, hardness testing machines, etc.   Its products are sold all over China as well as over fifty countries and regions such as the USA, Japan, Germany, France, Brazil, India, ROK, Vietnam, etc.   They are widely used in many industries such as shipbuilding, containers, machinery, steel structure, casting, forging, automobiles, airlines, wind power, trains, pipelines, steel plate pretreatment, antiseptics, heat treatment, etc.

Used for blast cleaning of steel board, H-type steel, steel pipe, and all kinds of steel material, casting, die-casting, forging, and glass surface for industries of steel structure, construction, bridge, shipbuilding, pipes, container, locomotive, engineering machinery, automobile, casting, forging, glass commodity.   Used for shot peening of spring, shaft, gear, connecting bar, blade, chain, crank, and wheel spares for industries of automobile, locomotive, ship, plane, metallurgy machinery, petroleum machinery, coal dig machinery, mineral machinery, etc.
